December 7, 1941 and Japanese attack. Remnants of a Japanese aircraft
recovered from the seaplane ramp at the Naval Air Station at Kaneohe.
Spent ammunition cartridges are [left] 20mm from Type 99 and the 7.7mm
linked are from the Type 89 Aircraft Machine Gun. The top item is a bomb
fragment while the item at the bottom of the photo is an engine rocker
box cover with identity tag.
